Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned and refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

The protective film on the sole of the items to be returned must not be cut or removed.

Please note that all sales of items that are part of FR Privé special events are final and no exchanges are accepted for this type of product.

We do not ship orders on weekends. Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

We will not provide a replacement product without your explicit consent.

Your Fabio Rusconi shoes have been carefully crafted in Italy and checked before shipping. Due to the artisanal manufacturing process and the choice of unique materials, slight irregularities may be evident.

Return instructions

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.

To request a return authorization, go to the My Account section; log in with your account credentials, or enter your email address and order number if you made the purchase as a Guest.

In the Order History section, select the order containing the item or items you wish to return.

Once the procedure is complete, fabiorusconi.com will send a confirmation email containing the return authorization number (RAN), the shipping label, and instructions for returning the goods.

The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund, up to €50 in the European Union and up to €100 for non-EU countries. in addition, all customs duties on return will be deducted from the customer's refund. For intercontinental returns, the actual cost will be indicated on the return form.

Refund

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Fabio Rusconi's warehouses and the items have been checked. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and will be visible on the next credit card statement. Times may vary slightly depending on the credit card bank used.

For orders paid by PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. The refund will be made in the same currency as the original purchase.

Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any costs originally incurred for shipping the order will not be refunded.

Terms and conditions

The protective film on items to be returned must not be cut or removed. Items must not have been used, washed, or altered, and must not show any signs of use. The soles of shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of wear.

Each pair of shoes must be returned together with its original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging; they must be packed correctly, in the same way they were received.

Returns should preferably be sent in the neutral packaging box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. If you do not have our box, you can use another suitable packaging for shipping the items.

If the customer receives defective goods, or if there are errors in shipments by Fabio Rusconi, the customer is invited to contact e-shop@fabiorusconi.com immediately. Fabio Rusconi reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its headquarters.

Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered.

Fabio Rusconi also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the established conditions. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with a flat fee equal to 10% of the value of the goods shipped.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the Fabio Rusconi website is excluded pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code relating to:

the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery.

For all aspects not specifically mentioned, European legislation on distance selling shall prevail.
