Shipping policy

Items will be shipped using Standard Shipping.

In Italy and Europe (except for certain restrictions), shipping is free. Please check the exact shipping cost for the rest of the world at checkout.

Please note that shipments from Italy outside the European Union to countries with customs may be subject to duties/taxes not included in the total. Please note that the courier (DHL for extra-EU shipments) may require an amount equal to 20-30% of the invoice value upon delivery. Countries: USA, China, Hong Kong (HK), Japan, Israel, Georgia, Russia.

During sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

Delivery times

Items are shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date of order.During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

Fabio Rusconi is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to force majeure beyond the control of Fabio Rusconi.

Attention, in Italy the following days are public holidays and the courier does not ship:

Pre-order items

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock. Payment takes place at the time of the order, although shipping times are longer than for immediate purchases.

Shipment traceability

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from fabiorusconi.it with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by fabiorusconi.it

Order delivery

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

The Fabio Rusconi packages are carefully packed with personalized adhesive tape placed on the outside of the package.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery.

In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact fabiorusconi.it at e-shop@fabiorusconi.it.

If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.

If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by fabiorusconi.it within a maximum of 5 working days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Fabio Rusconi and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.


If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
